New IRES Link to Learn Portal Offers One Stop Training

CLEVELAND, Ohio — December 18, 2008 — Intuit Real Estate Solutions’ (IRES) Learning Solutions team launched a new, streamlined learning portal for its clients at IRES’ annual International User Conference in Anaheim November 9 – 12, 2008. Nearly half of all conference attendees signed up to use this portal immediately at the conference. IRES, a division of Intuit Inc., (Nasdaq: INTU) provides real estate management, portfolio management and accounting software solutions to the global real estate industry.

At this new learning portal, visitors can search for all training offerings in one place. This one-stop-shop environment allows clients to browse all of IRES’ offerings and register for any training they want to pursue. They are also able to put in a request for a session not currently on the schedule. With a fresh, new professional look and feel and easy navigation, IRES has made it simpler for its clients to find and consume what they want in regards to training.

By logging onto http://learn.intuit.com/IRES visitors experience the learning portal’s user-friendly design and more robust search tools and can review all training offerings, register for any offering they want and read news and communications pertinent to the company. Visitors can search for training by class title, by type of training (live virtual, classroom or elearning), by location, even by calendar. This self-service approach gives them the info when and where they need it. Since the conference, more than 200 additional people have signed up directly at the learning portal for a total of over 500 clients and growing.

Highlights of this portal include the ability to view a sample elearning for IRES’ budgeting tool. By watching this sample offering first, clients can determine if they need to invest in the full offering for their organization.
