Residential Expense Control - Controlling Cost: Residential Expense Control provides a simple method of viewing comparisons of expenses to budgets at the property level while maintaining visibility and control of budget exception expenses at the management levels.
Features Include:

l A full workflow approval process for both initial and budget exceptions expenses
l Dollar limits set by user class, users may be given rights to exceed budget by a specified amount
l Web based invoice entry
l Fully integrated to the Accounts Payable check selection and payment process

Expense Control displays and controls expenses at an account group level. This approach results in a simple expense view at the property level while maintaining the ability to assign expenses to detailed specific accounts for financial reporting. It also allows for the setup of initial entry and budget exception approval. Notes may be added during the approval process providing documentation of the approvals and for historical review.

Expense Control works exclusively within the Residential Management Web environment with Purchase Order and Invoice Entry.
