Village Green selected Intuit Real Estate Solutions' (IRES) application hosting service, NetSource, to simplify the management of its 27,000 multifamily units.

“IRES' innovative technology will enhance our business efficiencies and ultimately enhance the living experiences our residents have come to expect at Village Green,” said George Quay, president/chief operating officer for Village Green. “Outsourcing our IT (Information Technology) needs gives us a competitive advantage. We’ll leave the day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting to the experts at IRES, and keep our focus on our business.”

Village Green began pilot testing of IRES' MRI Residential in March of 2003 and after a rigorous evaluation process signed a three-year agreement for the company's NetSource service.

“The pilot test was intense, in-depth and very thorough,” said Mirriam Livingstone, assistant vice president of internal auditing and operations. “We were excited by IRES' performance and decided to fully implement the service.”
