Julian LeCraw & Co., Inc., based in Atlanta, selected Intuit Real Estate Solution's (IRES) for its efficiency and reputation as a leader in the property management software industry.

“Our biggest goal was to find a company that would provide a centralized system,” said Todd Jackovich, IS manager. “Centralized data would make us more efficient in creating different reports to our multiple sites.”

With each unique property and business having different needs, it was essential to Jackovich that everything could be streamlined into one system.

“All of IRES' software suite tied together with each other. Everything worked together as one,” Jackovich said.

Jackovich’s team researched more than 40 different software companies in an effort to find the one that best fit JLC. They went through an exhaustive search looking for a company that matched their needs. They made their final decision on IRES after visiting their office in Cleveland and attending their International User Conference.

“The history and reputation of the company spoke leaps and bounds to us,” Jackovich explained. “After speaking to other clients and users, and hearing their positive reactions to the software, we decided IRES was for us.”

Previously they managed their information on a DOS system and IRES' Windows-based solution appealed to them, because of the ease of use and customization opportunities.
