Heritage Investment Trust selected Intut Real Estate Solutions (IRES) over four formidable competitors because of their proven track record and advanced feature-rich system.

Heritage stated, “We had our own internal evaluation of the providers, but in addition, we also had outside consultants review all of our options and they told us IRES was a sufficient option.”

Heritage chose IRES for several reasons, but one of the most important was the functionality of the software. Heritage acquired Bradley Real Estate, Inc., the nation’s oldest REIT. After the acquisition, Heritage became the fifth largest owner of neighborhood and community centers in the country.

“With our recent growth we needed powerful software that was flexible enough to handle the requirements of a large organization,” Heritage said. “IRES' system gave us that functionality and was the best value for us.”

Attending IRES'International User Conference in Scottsdale also helped Heritage decide on IRES. Heritage explained, “When we visited the conference and saw the large client base and a number of our competitors there, we knew IRES was the choice for us.”
