Cookies Must Be Enabled

To gain entry to the IRES ClientSite, you must set your browser so that cookies are enabled.

Browser cookies are used so you can freely move through the IRES ClientSite without having to constantly re-enter your user name and password.

To enable browser cookies if you are using Internet Explorer 5.x:

1.	Click on Tools, Internet Options then the Security tab.
2.	Be sure Internet is selected in the zone panel and click Custom Level.
3.	Scroll down the list until you find Cookies.
4.	Click Enable under "Allow Cookies to be stored on your computer."
5.	Click Enable under "Allow Per-Session Cookies"
6.	Click OK.
7.	Select View then Refresh from the browser menu.

If you are using Internet Explorer 6.x

1.	Click on Tools, Internet Options.
2.	Click on the Privacy Tab.
3.	Click on Advanced within "Settings."
4.	Click on "Override Automatic Cookie Handling."
5.	Click on "Always Allow Session Cookies."
6.	Click on "OK" then "OK."
7.	Select View then Refresh from the browser menu.
